TNT Sets Sept. 13 Premiere for High Value Target: The Hunt for Saddam

The eight-episode adaptation of CIA officer John Nixon’s memoir dramatizes his post-capture interrogation of Saddam, probing the search for weapons of mass destruction.

  • TNT announced on Aug. 5 and 6 that the series will launch with two episodes on Sunday, Sept. 13, continue with episodes on Sundays and Mondays and conclude with a finale on Oct. 4.
  • Joel Kinnaman stars as John Nixon, the CIA officer who led the first interrogation of Saddam Hussein after his December 2003 capture, and Waleed Zuaiter plays Saddam with a broad supporting cast that includes Tom Berenger and Christopher McDonald.
