TikTok Influencer Mason Hull Charged With 15 Child Sexual Abuse Material Counts

Investigators say a tip from his ex led them to Telegram evidence that underpins the case.

Overview

  • Hull’s then-girlfriend checked his phone and, on April 30, reported Telegram chats and media to Sarasota County deputies.
  • Detectives say they found links to sites used to share child abuse material, messages about paying for files, and images and videos of girls between 8 and 15.
  • An affidavit says Hull told investigators he used Telegram to access the material because he wanted to “try something new.”
  • Deputies obtained a warrant, conducted a forensic exam, and arrested him without incident, then charged him with 15 counts as SCSO credited coordinated work by its Patrol, ICAC, and TAC units.
  • He remains jailed on $112,500 bail, with local reports saying a judge barred internet and social media use if he is released.
