Tijuana Opens Three Free Preventive Health Clinics Under 'Tijuana Saludable'

Officials report 30,000 residents already affiliated with expansion to 11 clinics projected for 2026.

  • Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Care is first-come with licensed staff and expected waits of 15–20 minutes, and registration requires CURP, INE and a proof of address dated within the last three months.
