Three People Shot Near Brady Street in Milwaukee; One Critically Hurt

Police are focusing their probe on a vehicle at the scene as they ask the public to provide tips.

  • Milwaukee police say three 27-year-olds were shot around 1:50 a.m. Tuesday on North Van Buren Street just south of Brady Street and all three were taken to hospitals.
  • One victim was reported in life-threatening condition and the other two remain hospitalized for treatment.
  • Officers established a large crime scene, closed nearby intersections overnight, and appeared to concentrate part of the investigation on a vehicle parked in the street.

  • This incident follows a separate Juneteenth quadruple shooting on June 19 for which police released images of two suspects and are also seeking public help in that earlier case.
