- Montgomery police reported three people injured in three separate overnight shootings that capped a string of incidents since Friday.
- The first call came around 10:50 p.m. in the 3700 block of Norman Bridge Road, where officers found a man with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound who was taken to a hospital.
- About three minutes later, responders located another adult male with a non-life-threatening wound near I-85 and Taylor Road, and the victim arrived at a hospital by personal vehicle as investigators worked to confirm where the shooting happened.
- Around 5:10 a.m., police and fire medics found an adult male with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound in the 4500 block of South Court Street and took him to a local hospital.
- Police said these cases are part of five separate incidents since Friday, including an apparent murder-suicide on Simmons Drive that killed a woman and a man and a Garden Street shooting that injured two men, and they asked anyone with tips to call Crime Stoppers at 334-215-STOP or MPD at 334-625-2831.
