Three Arrested in White Settlement Killing as Police Hunt Juvenile Suspect in Mexico

Police say the suspected teenage gunman crossed into Mexico with help from an adult now charged with hindering apprehension.

  • Ramirez was arrested at a Lake Worth ISD facility after identifying himself in a still image from Parker’s cellphone video, and police said another adult and multiple children were inside the home.
