- Dundigal police detained Chetan Prakash of Moulali, Sirajuddin of Ajmer district in Rajasthan, and Kalu Kag, also known as Kaluram, of Cherlapally.
- The gang rented the vacant shutter beside Someshwar Jewellers, arrived at night in an SUV, and used a crowbar to open a hole into the store.
- The burglary took place between November 7 and 8 and was reported on November 8, with two arrests made in Rajasthan on November 19 and a third at Bahadurpally on November 26.
- Investigators recovered the entire 15 kg of silver along with the SUV used in the operation and the crowbar used to breach the wall.
- Police say three additional suspects remain absconding, with tracking under way across two states, and they urged property owners to thoroughly vet tenants before renting commercial shutters.
