The Voice Season 28 Finale Kicks Off Tonight With Live Performances, Public Vote

America alone decides the champion during an overnight voting window ahead of Tuesday’s results show.

Overview

  • Night 1 airs Dec. 15 at 9–11 p.m. ET on NBC as six finalists perform a contemporary song and a classic, with episodes streaming the next day on Peacock.
  • Public voting opens at 9 p.m. ET on Dec. 15 and closes at 7 a.m. ET on Dec. 16 via NBC.com/VoiceVote or the official app, and the winner is determined solely by those votes.
  • Four finalists already announced are Aubrey Nicole (Team Reba), Aiden Ross (Team Niall), Jazz McKenzie (Team Bublé) and Ralph Edwards (Team Snoop), with two additional viewer-selected artists revealed during the live show.
  • Night 2 on Dec. 16 features holiday duets between each finalist and their coach plus guest performances from Journey with Neal Schon, XG, Sofronio Vasquez, Khalid, Riley Green and Zac Brown with Noah Cyrus.
  • A recap special precedes the results broadcast on Dec. 16, with a reported pre-show at 8 p.m. ET hosted by Ariana Madix and Dylan Efron, and host Carson Daly will announce the Season 28 winner by the end of the two-hour finale.
