Overview
- The portal, which went live Thursday, began operations in Amangal, Kosgi, Vatpally, Kusumanchi and Aswaraopeta after a formal launch by Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy.
- It combines revenue, survey and registration services on one site so farmers can request surveys, pay fees and track cases by SMS without visiting Mee Seva centers.
- Licensed surveyors must notify adjacent landowners within two days and finish rover-based measurements within seven days, after which LPM numbers, Bhudhaar IDs and survey maps are uploaded.
- Under the Telangana Bhu Bharati Act 2025, passbooks will now include the survey map for completed transactions, a change officials say will prevent double registration and fix title–possession mismatches.
- The government plans to extend the system to one mandal in every district within 45 days and is mobilizing 411 rovers, more on order, licensed surveyors and trained staff as it replaces Dharani and targets a backlog of about 9.52 lakh sada bainama regularisation cases.
