Telangana Details ₹20,000-Crore Hyderabad Push as 45 H‑CITI Projects Advance

Officials used the CREDAI Hyderabad show to outline agency-wise funding and active works intended to ease congestion now and guide resilient growth toward 2047.

  • Project costs disclosed include ₹1,090 crore around KBR Park, ₹837 crore for IIITKhajaguda flyovers, ₹960 crore for northern alternative roads, ₹416 crore for eastern flyovers and ₹863 crore for southern widening.
  • The government framed the merger of 27 surrounding urban local bodies into GHMC as enabling uniform civic services and integrated metropolitan planning across the Outer Ring Road region.
  • At HITEX, organizers said the three-day CREDAI property show features 300+ RERA-approved projects and reported strong day-two turnout, as officials noted stamp and registration revenues have risen to nearly ₹15,000 crore since 2014.
