Teens Accused in Stowmarket Stabbing Granted Bail With Area Bans

Police are still searching for the large knife used in the attack.

  • At a Thursday hearing at Suffolk Magistrates’ Court, all three were given bail with electronic tags, orders not to contact each other, and bans from Stowmarket, with one youth barred from Suffolk except for court appearances.
  • Detectives have not recovered the weapon, believed to be a large knife, and are asking residents near Finborough Road, Tavern Street, Iliffe Way, Wilkes Way and Station Road to check gardens and bins and to report anything quoting reference 37/22601/26.
