Overview
- The fatal stabbing of 16-year-old Khadeem Parris occurred at an address on Adnitt Road in the Abington area of Northampton on Tuesday, July 7.
- Fuad Mohamud, 21, has been charged with murder and is due to appear at Northampton Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
- Three other people — a 19-year-old man, a 56-year-old man and a 51-year-old woman — were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and later released on bail pending further enquiries.
- Officers executed warrants at three properties in the Weedon Road area as part of the probe but those searches did not lead to further arrests.
- Khadeem’s family paid tribute saying he was due to start college to train as a plumber and electrician and police have urged anyone with small pieces of information or camera footage to come forward as the inquiry continues.
