Overview
- A group reportedly took unauthorised control of a small articulated loading vehicle in Chalkwell Park, and Tallulah Bradford, 18, fell from the side of the moving vehicle on June 13 before being struck.
- Paramedics took Bradford to the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel and she died on the evening of June 19, with the coroner recording traumatic head injuries as the provisional cause.
- An inquest opening at Chelmsford Coroners Court set out the sequence of events and established the provisional cause without attributing criminal liability.
- Essex Police have arrested an 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy in connection with the incident; both remain on police bail until September as enquiries continue.
