Overview
- Prosecutors in Milan obtained an ordinanza di custodia cautelare that placed a 48-year-old civilian teacher from Scuola Militare Teulié under house arrest on charges of sexual violence, concussione (coercion) and maltrattamenti (mistreatment).
- The probe began after a student complaint and, according to court filings, covers repeated abuses from about October 2024 through early 2026 against at least seven pupils who were often academically fragile.
- Carabinieri investigators cite documentary evidence including chat logs requesting intimate photos and videos, witness statements of physical touching, payments and instructions to delete messages and use ephemeral accounts.
- The judge's order says the teacher tried to tamper with evidence after learning of the inquiry and urged some students to lie to magistrates, and prosecutors are now probing how he learned about the investigation.
