- TCS, in an annual report released Saturday, said CEO K Krithivasan earned ₹28.1 crore in FY26, up about 6%, with his pay at 332.8 times the company’s median employee salary.
- TCS ended the year with 584,519 employees, a drop of 23,460 year on year, which the company attributed to a restructuring for AI-led work and normal attrition.
- Krithivasan’s package was dominated by a ₹25 crore performance commission, while TCS said median employee pay rose 5.1% and most junior and mid-level staff in India received 4.5–7% annual raises.
