Tubi began streaming all seven seasons of HBO’s Tales from the Crypt on Monday, July 27, 2026, offering the series on a free, ad-supported platform.
The complete seven-season archive was made available on Shudder a few months earlier after the streamer secured rights to the series.
Tales from the Crypt Holdings—controlled by Dark Castle Entertainment, Lauren Shuler Donner, and Walter Hill—granted the recent licenses to Shudder and Tubi.
Users and reporting have found one exception to the Tubi rollout: the Season 5 finale appears to be missing from Tubi’s lineup, which may reflect lingering rights or clearance issues for that episode.
The show’s return to wide streaming restores access to a 1989–1996 HBO anthology known for the Crypt Keeper host, high-profile guest stars and directors, and it could boost discovery, reboots, and catalog licensing opportunities.
