Overview
- The seven-day event runs March 12–18 with the Conference, Film & TV, and Music festivals operating at the same time across downtown.
- Anchor sites are Brazos Hall for Innovation, 800 Congress for Film, and The Downright in the Red River district for Music, as the lineup spotlights world premieres such as Ready or Not 2, They Will Kill You and Neon’s Hokum.
- The expo moves to the Fairmont Hotel’s Manchester Ballroom, open to all badgeholders and free to the public on Saturday, March 14.
- A new reservations system lets Platinum badgeholders reserve up to three items per day and single-track badges up to two, with limited additional walk-up access not guaranteed.
- Major brand activations include Rivian’s Electric Roadhouse, IBM’s AI Sports Club, Yahoo’s Scout Inn, Inc.’s Founders House and Space House, while Austin police plan to detail security following a recent downtown shooting.
