Suzuki Reveals 2027 Hayabusa With New Special Edition

A styling-led refresh keeps the bike’s 1,340cc engine, electronics and hardware unchanged while regional rollout remains unconfirmed.

Overview

  • Suzuki announced the 2027 Hayabusa on Tuesday, introducing a Special Edition plus two standard colourways as a cosmetic update to the flagship model.
  • The motorcycle retains the same 1,340cc inline-four powerplant and quoted output used on recent Hayabusas, so there are no mechanical performance changes for 2027.
  • The full electronics and hardware package carries over unchanged, including the Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.), bi-directional quickshifter, Smart Cruise Control and Brembo Stylema brakes.
  • The Special Edition is a primarily visual package with a Pearl Brilliant White and Metallic Oort Gray scheme, red accents, unique badging, a raised SUZUKI tank emblem and a colour-matched solo seat cowl.
  • Suzuki has not confirmed market-by-market timing for the new colours and Special Edition, so buyers in some regions—India noted by reporters—may wait months for availability updates from dealers or SuzukiCycles.com.
