- FSIS announced the recall on Jan. 16 after a third-party laboratory detected Listeria monocytogenes in samples.
- The recalled items are fully cooked grilled chicken breast fillets in 10-pound cases containing two 5-pound bags, produced Oct. 14, 2025.
- Affected product bears lot code 60104 P1382 287 5 J14 with establishment number P-1382 on the label.
- Shipments went to foodservice distribution centers in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Ohio.
- No illnesses have been reported to date; authorities advise discarding or returning the product and sanitizing food-contact surfaces, noting a separate Suzanna’s Kitchen recall last month for misbranding and an undeclared allergen.
