  • Practice starts Friday on the Surfers Paradise streets with 250 km races on Saturday and Sunday to launch the new three-round Finals.
  • The 10-title contenders are Broc Feeney, Matt Payne, Will Brown, Cameron Waters, Brodie Kostecki, Chaz Mostert, Anton De Pasquale, Thomas Randle, Ryan Wood and Kai Allen.
  • Finalists begin the Gold Coast leg at 3000 points plus sliding-scale bonuses (151 to 21) and 25 extra for Sprint and Enduro Cup winners, with a win guaranteeing progression to Sandown.
  • The bottom three in Finals points are eliminated after Gold Coast and again at Sandown, before four advance to the Adelaide Grand Final with points resets to 4000 then 5000.
  • Feeney leads the field after a 12-win season, with drivers warning of heightened pressure as PerthNow reports his effective margin is about 30 points under the reset.
