- In recent months Subaru’s newly released Trailseeker and smaller Uncharted have overtaken the Solterra in retail sales, with the Trailseeker the brand’s top-selling EV in the latest reporting period.
- Company specs for the 2027 Trailseeker keep the base MSRP at $39,995 and list a 74.7-kWh battery, 375 horsepower, 0–60 mph in 4.3 seconds, and up to 281 miles of range.
- Subaru added a North American Charging Standard (NACS) port and battery preconditioning to the Trailseeker to enable DC fast charging at up to 150 kW and 10%–80% charges in roughly 28–35 minutes in normal conditions.
