- Stellar announced Wednesday that the REALTORS® Association of Citrus County became its newest corporate shareholder and that Stellar will serve as the exclusive multiple listing service for about 950 RACC brokers and agents.
- The agreement was signed in June at the Florida REALTORS District 7 Conference by RACC and Stellar representatives, including Marsha Coleman, Jennifer Thompson-Kersting and Keith Pullias.
- RACC keeps its independent association operations and identity rather than merging its governance into Stellar, while taking an ownership stake in the MLS company.
- RACC members will receive access to Stellar’s technology platform, data resources and a broader inventory drawn from Stellar’s nearly 80,000 customers across 20 REALTOR® associations in Central and Southwest Florida and Puerto Rico.
- Stellar says the deal will expand market connectivity and opportunities for local brokers and homeowners, which could increase exposure for Citrus County listings and make cross-market transactions easier for agents and buyers.
