Overview

  • Stellantis disclosed Tuesday that U.S. orders are open for the Fiat Topolino with a $13,995 base price and a mandatory $990 destination fee that brings the customer price to $14,985.
  • The Topolino is sold as a 19 mph quadricycle with a 5.4 kWh battery that Fiat says gives up to about 46 miles of range and charges in roughly five hours on a 2.3 kW AC connection.
  • The company said it will provide a free Low Speed Vehicle conversion kit by the end of summer to raise the top speed to 25 mph so the car can meet LSV rules for some public roads.
  • Cars will be built in Morocco and arrive in limited quantities this year in two trims: a hardtop with doors and a Dolcevita soft‑top with rope‑style doors and retro styling.
  • Fiat positions the Topolino for resorts, coastal towns and private neighborhoods where low speed and short range are acceptable and the move reflects a broader industry push into purpose‑built micromobility after past small‑car struggles in the U.S.
