Spring Valley Fire Grows Northwest of Flagstaff, Triggers Evacuations

Overview

• The wildfire began in the Parks-Pumpkin Center area off Spring Valley Road and was first reported by Coconino County around 2:30 p.m. on June 27.
• By June 28 the blaze had grown to about 112 acres and officials initially reported 0% containment.
