- Spain’s tax agency enabled access on March 19 to 2025 fiscal data via its website and official app, covering income, withholdings, bank balances, mortgages and other items.
- Spain’s 2025 income-tax campaign runs online from April 8 to June 30, with telephone assistance from May 6 and in‑person appointments from June 1; domiciled payments close June 25.
- Access in Spain requires Cl@ve PIN or Cl@ve Móvil, electronic certificate/DNIe, reference number or eIDAS, and Hacienda recommends using Renta WEB after checking whether filing is mandatory.
- In Mexico, individuals must file the 2025 annual return from April 1–30; SAT says refunds begin in April, with automatic deposits often in 5–12 business days and a legal maximum of 40 business days.
- Mexico may require the FED for amounts over 150,000 pesos or when inconsistencies arise, late filers risk fines and surcharges, and balances in favor can still be claimed for the past five fiscal years.
