- AESAN issued a national alert on Monday after Andalucía notified it through the SCIRI system of Listeria monocytogenes in a ready-to-eat cod product.
- The affected item is Bacalao Natura in sunflower oil by La Mar de Tapas, sold in 130 g sliced tubs from lots beginning with 0532 that expire between July 10 and July 30.
- AESAN has transmitted the alert to regional health authorities and instructed them to verify and carry out removal of the specified lots from retail channels.
