- Sony posted the official October lineup on Wednesday, October 14 and began a regional rollout with The Midnight Walk available in the US and UK that day and in Japan on October 15.
- Most Game Catalog additions and both Premium Classics — including Mafia: The Old Country, Horizon Forbidden West, Mycopunk, Dino Crisis 2 and RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 — will be available worldwide on October 20.
- Three remaining titles — Poppy Playtime: Chapter 2, Tales of Arise: Beyond the Dawn Edition and Monster Energy Supercross 25 — arrive in key markets on October 27.
- Extra and Premium subscribers get short‑term extras starting October 20–21, such as Premium game trials for Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy and Mortal Shell II, free access to Back 4 Blood’s 'Tunnels of Terror' DLC from October 21 to November 4, and a Dead by Daylight community challenge running October 20–26.
- The lineup’s mix of new releases, a rare day‑one console debut for Mycopunk, and the reappearance of Horizon Forbidden West shows PlayStation using staggered drops and classic re-releases to make Extra and Premium feel distinct from the Essential tier.
