Overview
- The Herbalist went live on Thursday, August 27 and will remain playable until September 26 as an Elusive Target that each player can attempt only once.
- Snoop Dogg lends his voice and likeness to Dr. Cyrus Cane and his son Cordell C. Broadus appears in the mission on the Haven Island map.
- The mission’s plot centers on Cane’s new product, Morsizzles, an addictive cookie linked in the mission narrative to cover-ups and test-related deaths that Agent 47 must stop.
- Players can play the Elusive Target for free during its monthlong window and can buy a reported Herbalist Pack (priced at $7.99/€7.99/£6.99 in coverage) to gain permanent access plus themed cosmetics and outfits.
- The release continues Hitman’s use of celebrity Elusive Targets to drive short-term engagement and adds new challenges, Featured Contracts, Twitch drops and returns of past targets to extend player retention.
