Small Plane Lands on Legacy Parkway After Engine Failure

Utah Highway Patrol reported no injuries, with bystanders helping position the aircraft for towing.

A plane took off from Wendover at 5:58 p.m. Sunday to go to the salt flats to see the sunset, but made a maneuver that caused it to lose thrust and nose dive into the salt flats and hit the ground. No injuries were reported.
