Sleep Inn Launches 'Scenic Dreams' Prototype With Openings in Tennessee, Nevada and Pennsylvania

Choice says the prototype pairs guest appeal with lower owner costs.

Overview

  • Choice Hotels said Monday it launched the Scenic Dreams design for its Sleep Inn brand as new-build openings roll out in three states.
  • Two properties are already open: Ashland City, Tennessee, since September 2025, and a dual-brand hotel in Middletown, Pennsylvania, since March 2026.
  • Two more locations in Henderson, Nevada, and Savannah, Tennessee, are slated to open in mid-April, according to the company.
  • The design features regional murals, calm color palettes, large windows for natural light, and spaces set up for both rest and work.
  • Choice reports early gains for upgraded hotels, citing a RevPAR premium of +1.71 and a 2025 average LTR of 8.36, and it lists more than 40 projects in a pipeline built around reworked layouts to cut construction and operating costs.
