  • Because the averages use January–March prices, the figures may miss recent rises tied to conflict in Iran and fuel-price rumours, so Skyscanner urges travellers to check live fares and stay flexible.
  • The report also highlights low-search 'hidden gems' such as Turku in Finland, Kalymnos in Greece, Pico in Portugal and Thunder Bay in Canada, with sample returns starting near £80 short-haul and £305 long-haul.
