Six Flags Revives Holiday in the Park for 2026 With Immersive Lands at Two Parks

The company is using membership access to drive longer winter visits through immersive, story-led makeovers.

Overview

  • Six Flags announced Tuesday it will bring back Holiday in the Park in 2026 at Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey and Six Flags Over Georgia near Atlanta.
  • Each park will open three new themed holiday lands as the first step in a multi-year plan to expand the event.
  • The refreshed lineup will add nightly tree lightings, carolers, live shows, a family indoor walk-through, cookie and gingerbread decorating, tasting menus, and photos with Santa.
  • Many coasters and family rides will run day and night, with schedules built to keep daytime comfort while showing off nighttime lights.
  • Admission will be included with active Memberships at each park, and dates, hours, and full ride and show lists will be announced later.
