- Singapore finished the Bangkok meet atop the swimming medal table with 19 golds, eight silvers and seven bronzes, its lowest gold haul since 2017 but more than triple Vietnam’s six.
- Letitia Sim swept the 50m, 100m and 200m breaststroke, winning the 200m in a Games record 2:27.37 and becoming the first swimmer to take all three distances at one SEA Games.
- Gan Ching Hwee completed a 200m-400m-800m freestyle sweep for a third straight Games, sealing the feat with an 800m Games record of 8:33.13.
- Amanda Lim won the 50m freestyle in a Games record 25.03 in her final SEA Games, dedicated the victory to her late father and qualified for the 2026 Asian Games.
- Teen debutant Julia Yeo, 14, was a late relay substitute and helped set a Games record 4:05.79 in the women’s 4x100m medley, as Quah Zheng Wen took the men’s 200m backstroke in 2:00.62 and Quah Ting Wen became the meet’s most bemedalled athlete.
