Singapore Airshow Opens to Public With Flying Displays, More Shuttle Buses

Organisers urge visitors to use the Expo MRT shuttle to manage very heavy weekend crowds.

Overview

  • Public days run Feb. 7–8 at Changi Exhibition Centre with twice-daily aerial displays at 11am and 3.30pm.
  • Six air forces are performing, joined by commercial demonstrations from COMAC’s C919 and Airbus’s A350-1000.
  • More than 30 aircraft are on static display for close viewing and conversations with some pilots.
  • Shuttle queues start at Expo Hall 5 near Expo MRT, the ride takes about 20–30 minutes, and the shuttle is included in public ticket prices.
  • Over 1,000 exhibitors from 50+ countries are taking part, with highlights including an AVIC J-35A mockup, an RSAF Hermes 900, and a USAF MQ-9 flown in from Kadena.
