- Simone Biles’ Taste of Gold is now open in Terminal A at George Bush Intercontinental Airport after a ribbon-cutting attended by Biles and her husband, Jonathan Owens.
- Taste of Gold operates every day from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., according to Houston Airports.
- The menu features sandwiches, salads, shareable small plates, Simone’s Skewers with chicken, steak, shrimp or vegetables, and a range of desserts.
- The space includes multiple large TVs, gymnastics-themed memorabilia, and original 3D art by Texas designer Jody Dodson, with the café located near Gate A8.
- Biles launched the restaurant with airport eatery specialist Athlete Playermaker Group, and she promoted the opening on social media as she relocates to Indianapolis following Owens joining the Colts.
