- Citizens, residents, ministries, schools, companies and other entities are invited to raise the UAE flag in unison at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 3.
- Sheikh Mohammed described Flag Day as a moment to renew the pledge, reaffirm loyalty and express love for the flag as the symbol of sovereignty and union.
- Flag Day, launched in 2013 to mark the late Sheikh Khalifa’s 2004 accession, is now a regular national observance.
- The day is widely marked across the country but is not a public holiday.
