- Show starts at 8:00 p.m. local time in the Plaza de la Constitución with free, unticketed entry and attendance projections around 280,000–300,000 people.
- Authorities are deploying 6,500+ personnel, including about 3,800 police, with C5 oversight via 775 cameras and drones, plus 12 medical posts and 11 health modules.
