Shake Shack Teams With Pizzeria Badiali for Toronto-Only Menu April 6–19

The tie-up signals Shake Shack’s push to localize menus by leaning on a Toronto favorite.

Overview

  • The collaboration brings three exclusive items to Toronto Shake Shack locations from April 6 to 19.
  • Chef Ryan Baddeley, who founded Pizzeria Badiali, created a Spicy Vodka Chicken Parm with a hot pepper mix, vodka rosé sauce, aged parmesan, mozzarella, and basil on a toasted potato bun.
  • The lineup also includes Pizza Fries seasoned with Badiali’s pizza spice with a pepperoncini dip and a Brio Chinotto Shake that blends the local Italian-style soda into vanilla custard.
  • Customers can order at Yonge–Dundas, Union Station, Yorkdale, or Yonge–Eglinton, or get pickup and delivery through Uber Eats and Skip.
  • The rollout lands as Badiali prepares a larger second shop at 581 Markham St. in Mirvish Village, with ovens nearly ready in a café-style space that eases the squeeze of the original Dovercourt location.
