Overview
- Former housekeeper Juana Delgado Soto filed a civil complaint in Los Angeles County alleging a toxic workplace with racism, discrimination, and verbal abuse, less than two weeks after a similar April 17 filing by Angelica Hernández Vázquez.
- Soto says supervisors mocked her accent, immigration status, and race, and she alleges that after a 2024 HR complaint the supervisor returned to the job and cut her pay and loaded her with extra work.
- The filing describes denied breaks and basic needs, including limits on bathroom access, a ban on drinking what staff called “Kylie’s water,” and orders to clean a dog kennel, along with denied time to grieve her brother’s death.
- She states that after leaving a letter on Jenner’s massage table in April 2025 describing mistreatment, she was threatened with firing and told not to look at or smile at Jenner and to “disappear” if seen.
- Both suits name Jenner as the employer along with Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services, Jenner’s team says it is reviewing the filings without further comment, and both plaintiffs are represented by attorney Della Shaker.
