Overview
- Wiltshire Police confirmed a man in his 70s died at the West Swindon District Centre outside Asda on February 15 after a medical episode.
- The South Western Ambulance Service said two double‑crewed land ambulances, an air ambulance and an operations officer were dispatched to the February 15 incident at 10:08am.
- On February 13, police were called to the Asda West Swindon store at 4:55pm for a man in cardiac arrest, and despite around 40 minutes of resuscitation he died at about 5:30pm.
- Officers said there are no suspicious circumstances in either case and no arrests have been made.
- Authorities have not released the identities of the deceased, and witnesses reported the store was temporarily closed after the first incident.
