Scoot to Operate Spider-Man Branded Flights Ahead of Film Release

The limited-run campaign converts two aircraft plus Changi Terminal 1 check-in areas into movie-themed experiences designed to boost fan engagement through exclusive in-flight merchandise.

  • Scoot announced the collaboration with Sony Pictures on Thursday, June 18, launching a limited-run Spider-Man: Brand New Day campaign that runs through September 13, 2026.
  • The programme will debut with a Boeing 787 Dreamliner flying a themed service to Tokyo Haneda on June 30 and an Airbus A321neo launching to Chiang Mai on July 1.
  • Both jets will wear exterior decals and receive cabin touches such as special headrest covers, film music and exclusive merchandise items like flight tags and foldable eco bags.
  • Themed flights and Changi Terminal 1 installations are visible and bookable on Scoot’s website, app and WeChat Mini Program but schedules and routings may change for operational or regulatory reasons.
  • Scoot says the tie-up aims to enhance the passenger experience and drive ancillary revenue, and travellers should expect the branded aircraft to appear on rostered routes across Australia, China, Japan, the Philippines and Thailand and sometimes on other services.
