Overview
- The shooting took place in a remote Littlerock/Palmdale area in the 13000 block of East Avenue R around 3:10–3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 5, when deputies were reported to be serving a search warrant.
- A San Bernardino County detective was struck by gunfire and airlifted to Antelope Valley Medical Center where officials say he is in stable condition.
