Overview
- Samsung is pushing its March 2026 Android security patch to the U.S. for Galaxy S25 models and for the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Z Flip 7, Z Fold 6, and Z Flip 6.
- The update fixes up to 65 vulnerabilities, including eight rated critical, with most issues coming from Google’s Android bulletin and a smaller set from Samsung’s One UI.
- The Galaxy S24 series is receiving a related build with 67 fixes that include 60 Android security patches and 7 Samsung-specific corrections.
- Availability in the U.S. is staggered by carrier, with carrier-locked units getting it first and early S25 reports pointing to AT&T; users can check Settings > Software update > Download and install to fetch it.
- Separately, SamMobile reports the eighth One UI 8.5 beta for the Galaxy S25 series is live in Germany and it includes the March security patch.
