  • The Saga City victim made three transfers between November 10, 2025, and January 9, 2026, after first being contacted on November 2, 2025.
  • Police issued crime-prevention email alerts on February 6–7 detailing the schemes and urging caution, and the notices did not report any arrests or recovery of funds.
