- New passenger-car registrations rose 6% year over year in November to about 127,000, trimming the 11‑month decline to 17%, according to Russia’s Industry Ministry citing PPK data.
- Vehicles built in Russia increased 7% in November, lifting local models to 57% of monthly sales and 55% for January–November, while total new vehicles year to date fell 21% to 1.34 million.
- Electric-vehicle sales dropped 32% in January–November to roughly 12,100 units, and commercial segments remained weak with LCVs down 24%, trucks down 55% and buses down 36%.
- Lada’s new-car sales fell about 25% in the first 11 months, including a 27.6% drop in November, with its share of new passenger sales slipping to 21.4% for the month.
