Overview
- Level one is live on the Royal Mint microsite as a free taster, with subsequent levels released in waves starting January 29.
- The official competition window runs from February 3 to March 30, with level one excluded from the contest.
- Entry eligibility requires completing levels two to five using the purchased coin or its packaging, with participants limited to UK residents aged 18 or over and one account per person.
- A single winner will be selected at random on or shortly after March 31 to receive a 250g solid gold bar, with an indicative value of about £28,000 to £29,000 subject to market prices.
- The coin is sold online from 9am January 29 in brilliant uncirculated (£22.50), silver proof (£149.50) and gold (£5,195) versions, will not enter general circulation, and is promoted with Newton-inspired design and a Science Museum launch featuring Bobby Seagull as “player one.”
