Overview
- Royal Enfield introduced the updated Guerrilla 450 on Friday with prices starting at Rs 2.49 lakh, with bookings now open and test rides and deliveries beginning March 31.
- Apex, the new range-topper, gets a lower and farther handlebar for a sportier stance (56 mm down, 57 mm forward) plus 17-inch Vredestein Centuro ST tyres and small styling add-ons like a front cowl and a removable rear-seat cowl.
- Dash and Flash trims switch to revised CEAT Gripp XL tyres, with claimed gains of about 8% in dry grip and up to 17% in wet grip, and the Dash now includes a headlamp grille and knuckle guards as standard.
- Across the range, Street and Sport ride modes now remember the last setting, the 4-inch Tripper TFT improves Android map mirroring so the phone need not stay unlocked, and the companion app adds more ride data.
- The 452 cc Sherpa single remains unchanged at about 40 PS and 40 Nm with a 6-speed gearbox, and Royal Enfield is offering a 7-year extended warranty program alongside a Fairtex riding-gear collaboration.
