Royal Enfield Debuts VITA and Carolina Reaper Customs at Japan’s HCS 2025

The contrasting builds underscore the Custom World program’s push into global custom culture.

Overview

  • Royal Enfield presented two one-off motorcycles at the 33rd Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2025: VITA and Carolina Reaper.
  • VITA was created by Yuichi Yoshizawa and Yoshikazu Ueda of Custom Works Zon using the Classic 650 as the base.
  • VITA features a hand-built hard-tail steel frame, girder-style front fork, 26-inch wheels, unpainted aluminum panels, mahogany inserts, and retains the 650 twin.
  • Carolina Reaper was built by Tokyo’s Toshiyuki Osawa of Cheetah Custom Cycles on the Guerrilla 450 with 1970s American flat-track inspiration.
  • Carolina Reaper showcases a flame paint scheme, exposed tubular frame, bright red side exhaust, spoked wheels with red accents, and a white number plate in place of a headlight.
