- Multiple outlets reported on Tuesday that the Colorado Rockies recalled outfielder Zac Veen from Triple-A Albuquerque and designated infielder Edouard Julien for assignment, with official club transaction logs expected to confirm the move.
- Veen delivered a 5-for-5 game on Aug. 9 that included three home runs, a triple and a double and produced 17 total bases, the most in Isotopes franchise history for a single game.
