Overview
- The iPhone Photography Awards announced its 2026 winners on Thursday, July 2, 2026, with the Grand Prize going to Robyn Jensen for a volcano eruption shot in the Cayman Islands.
- Jensen’s image was taken on an iPhone 15 Pro and was published with the full set of winning photos on the official IPPA website.
- The contest also named a Gold winner, Gellért Gombai, whose black-and-white photo was shot on an iPhone X, plus Silver and Bronze overall winners taken on an iPhone 16 Pro and an iPhone 16 Pro Max.
- IPPA awarded first-place images across many categories, including abstract, animals, architecture, children, cityscape, landscape, lifestyle, nature, people, portrait, series, still life, and travel.
- Now in its 19th year, the competition accepts edited iPhone and iPad images for a fee, awards Apple devices as prizes, and has set the next submission deadline for March 31, 2027.
